Responsible for information technology strategy, budget, and operations for a major urban public library system with over 14,000,000 annual patron visits, and an annual circulation of 12,000,000 items. IT manages over 2000 workstations for staff and public use, over 50 applications including an Integrated Library System (ILS), over 100 physical and virtual servers, and a high-speed metro-area network connecting 27 locations. As a member of the Library Leadership Team, I lead projects related to organizational and strategic planning.

Under a managed services contract with Seattle University, led and managed all IT operations including instructional/learning technology, administrative applications, web services, information management, network and server infrastructure, desktop support, and help desk. Managed the IT budget, vendor relationships, and technology purchasing services. Advised SU leadership on IT strategy, governance, and planning.
